Mary Leddy, Vice Chairman, COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Mary is responsible for establishing the strategic direction for both Work Opportunities Unlimited and the company’s Staffing division.

Mary began her career in the Work Opportunities division, assuming responsibility for direct service in 1990, and advancing to Director of the Portsmouth, NH office in 1991.  Shortly thereafter, Mary assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer and continued in that role until 1995. At that time she was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Leddy Group. In 2000, Mary became Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer for both divisions of the organization.

Mary graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from New Hampshire College.  In her free time she enjoys travel and golf with her family and friends.

Patty McGrail, Senior Vice President

Patty began her career with Leddy Group in May 1994 as a Staffing Coordinator for the Manchester, NH office. Once the new team was in place, the office quickly grew and began serving Front Office in addition to Light Industrial clients. In April 1997, she was promoted to Branch Manager and relocated the office to Bedford, NH. Soon after, Patty was promoted to Vice President and became responsible for additional markets.

Patty was promoted to Senior Vice President in June 2007, and is responsible for overseeing the division with offices in NH, ME and VT.

Prior to joining the Leddy Group, Patty spent nine years on the West Coast studying and working as a manager for a large customer service department at a warehouse and distribution company.

Patty is an active member of a number of the Southern NH Chamber of Commerce organizations. She also volunteers at a number of community events.

Becky Fecteau, Regional Vice President

Becky is a Regional Vice President for Leddy Group’s Seacoast, NH office, where she manages operations across the Seacoast market, including Hampton, Portsmouth, Exeter, Dover, Rochester, Somersworth, Amesbury, MA, and Sanford, ME.

Becky is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Becky started as a part-time recruiter for Work Opportunities Unlimited in 2008. She was hired full time to work for both Leddy Group and Work Opportunities Unlimited in 2010 and became a full time Leddy Group employee in 2011.

Prior to joining the Work Opportunities/Leddy Group team, Becky worked for a Fortune 500 company, Paychex, for over 10 years in various Operations roles, including Senior Payroll Specialist and Operations Team Manager. Her responsibilities included: payroll, taxes, benefits, human resource consulting services and employee relations.

Becky is a Rochester, NH native who spent 15 years living in St. Louis, MO before returning to New Hampshire in 2005. She attended Florissant Valley Community College and Maryville University in St. Louis, and she continues to take online courses in areas that interest her. She is involved with her local community and enjoys business networking.

Kristen Gauthier, Regional Vice President

Kristen is a Regional Vice President in the Bedford office. In this role, Kristen is responsible for managing and assisting in the daily operations of Leddy Group’s Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts markets. In addition, she is responsible for establishing and developing relationships within the community and with local businesses.

Connecting with clients and candidates is extremely rewarding to Kristen. She enjoys helping clients identify and better understand their staffing needs and providing them with customized solutions, and loves helping candidates realize and work towards their short- and long-term career goals. Prior to joining Leddy Group, Kristen worked in a variety of management and customer service positions where she honed her recruiting and training skills, improved efficiency and accuracy in the workplace, and used her leadership abilities to support staff and company goals.

Kristen is currently working towards her Bachelor’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University, where she is majoring in business administration and minoring in marketing. She enjoys being outdoors and coaching youth soccer in Manchester in her free time, but her passion is working with animal rescues, where she fosters, rehabilitates, and helps place animals, especially dogs, in their forever homes.

Laura Brunson, Marketing Specialist

Laura is a Marketing Specialist, responsible for the marketing and communication efforts of Leddy Group and its staffing affiliates. In her role, she develops and implements creative marketing campaigns utilizing inbound marketing, social media outreach, and digital and print advertising. Laura then analyzes campaign results and overall analytics to ensure the marketing activities are helping the organizations reach their goals.

When she initially joined Leddy Group in 2013, Laura was a Resource Specialist in the company’s Dover office, where she not only interviewed candidates and placed them in appropriate positions, she also provided administrative support to Leddy Group’s marketing department. It was in that role where she demonstrated a passion and talent for marketing and transitioned into her current position as Marketing Specialist in 2017.

Laura was formerly a Promotion Supervisor for Eastern Propane & Oil’s company-sponsored concert series. In that role, she interacted with potential clients, generated sales leads, and managed a variety of activities and promotions. She also worked as the Office Manager and Director of Marketing for Flat Rock Bridge Family Resort, a small, privately-owned campground in Lebanon, ME, where she managed payroll, scheduling and sales, designed marketing materials, planned events, and handled a variety of office functions.

Originally from Rochester, NH, Laura graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2012 with a B.S. in Marketing. She is a talented musician who has played piano for over 20 years, and enjoys writing music and reading.

Dawn Mackay, Resource Specialist

Dawn Mackay is a Resource Specialist with Leddy Group in the Rutland, VT office. She is responsible for interviewing and acquiring talented candidates, job placement, administrative tasks, marketing, and client development.

While she enjoys the diverse nature of her responsibilities, Dawn feels the best part of her job is helping both candidates and clients find the perfect match for their needs.

Prior to joining Leddy Group, she spent 15 years with Applebee’s Grill & Bar. She began her career as a server/bartender and was promoted to manager, a position she held for the last ten years with the company. She attended Castleton State College (now Castleton University) where she majored in psychology with a concentration in forensics and a minor in statistics.

With the exception of living in Roanoke, VA for a year, Dawn has called Vermont “home” her entire life. She appreciates VT in all seasons, but especially enjoys hiking, kayaking, and biking in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. Dawn also takes the opportunity to travel whenever she can, especially if her travels take her past a small craft brewery along the way.

Daynia Langlois, Regional Vice President in Training

Daynia is a Regional Vice President in Training with Leddy Group in the Lebanon, NH office where she processes new job orders, prescreens and interviews talent, provides orientations, and cultivates relationships with area businesses.

Some of the many aspects Daynia loves about her position are meeting new people, being able to place someone in a job they are truly happy in and enjoy going to every day, meeting with different clients, and having the opportunity to work with all of the wonderful businesses throughout the Lebanon area.

With past experience in onboarding and terminating employees, managing employee time allocation and payroll, and assisting HR with required paperwork for new hires, Daynia honed her skills while working as an office manager at an energy company. She earned an associate’s degree in science at River Valley Community College and spent several years working in the health care industry in various customer service and caregiving roles.

Outside of the office, Daynia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.

Megan Gooch, Resource Specialist

Megan joined Leddy Group in November of 2018 as a Resource Specialist in the Lebanon, NH office. She is responsible for recruiting qualified candidates for open positions, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, and managing employees.

Megan was drawn to Leddy Group by her interest in recruiting. Since joining the organization, she has found great satisfaction in placing individuals in new employment opportunities and providing clients with qualified candidates.

After graduating from Coastal Carolina University with a bachelor’s in psychology, Megan took a role as a business manager and event coordinator at a children’s gym, where she recruited and interviewed staff, conducted new hire training, and managed events. Prior to joining Leddy Group, she was a licensed associate/administrative assistant with a financial planning firm, assisting in new business initiatives and with financial planning.

When she’s not in the office, Megan enjoys exercising with Norman, her goldendoodle.

Lindsay Tebbetts, Resource Specialist

Lindsay is a Resource Specialist in Leddy Group’s Dover, NH office where she interacts with clients, recruits and interviews potential candidates, and places candidates in jobs they enjoy and where their skills are put to use.

After getting to know a candidate and their work history, Lindsay uses that knowledge to find the right fit for that person. Assisting others is in Lindsay’s nature; she majored in psychology and education at Wheaton College in Norton, MA and taught school for two years before taking a position at the New Hampshire Humane Society, where she continues to help out on the weekends.

Lindsay calls the Lakes Region home, an ideal location for hiking the snowmobile trails with her dogs. She also spends her free time playing and coaching volleyball and working with animals at an emergency veterinarian facility.

Cassandra Carroll, Staffing Coordinator

In her role as Staffing Coordinator in Leddy Group’s Rutland, VT office, Cassandra answers incoming calls, prescreens candidates, sets up interviews and orientations, and creates skill market resumes. She enjoys leading candidates through the Leddy Group hiring process, from conducting the initial interview to helping them secure positions where both the client and candidate are gratified.

Cassandra honed her customer service skills over four years serving as Assistant Manager of Customer Service with a regional grocery store chain, where she provided top-notch customer service to customers while training new associates, organizing and maintaining department records, and scheduling employees. A graduate of Mercyhurst University in Erie, P.A., Cassandra earned her bachelor’s degree in English.

When not in the office, Cassandra spends her free time knitting, writing fantasy stories, playing with her cat, and spending time with friends and family.

Kelsey Morrison, Resource Specialist

Kelsey joined Leddy Group’s Dover office in March of 2018 as a Resource Specialist, responsible for interviewing candidates, meeting clients, and making the best suitable employee/employer matches between the two. While she specializes in administrative and basic accounting positions, Kelsey also works closely with her colleagues to assist with industrial and skilled manufacturing positions, as needed.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant, and institutional management from the University of Delaware, Kelsey initially started out in a career managing a bed and breakfast, responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and managing a team of employees. She then moved into a managerial position at a gourmet bakery, where she performed a full cycle recruitment process from sourcing qualified candidates, to interviewing and hiring, through new employee orientation and training. She uses those same skills today in her role as Resource Specialist with Leddy Group.

Outside of work, Kelsey can be found exploring the natural wonders of New England, spending time with loved ones, and honing her cooking skills in the kitchen.

Caitlin Handy, Staffing Coordinator

Caitlin is a Staffing Coordinator in Leddy Group’s Bedford office, where she interviews candidates, performs reference checks and prescreening, visits job sites, and assists companies in finding the right candidates to fill their needs.

Before joining Leddy Group in April of 2018, Caitlin worked as an Assistant Manager of a massage therapy facility. There, she recruited and trained new hires and managed the team to ensure customers received exceptional service. She also is a NH-certified cosmetologist who helps brides and their bridesmaids look their best on the big day.

Caitlin prefers to spend her free time outdoors, especially at the beach, and with family and friends.
