Come learn how you can apply psychometrics- the science of behavior analysis- to everyday life.  Join us for an evening with Jim Naro: Sales Leadership Consultant, Talent Optimization Consultant, and Adjunct Instructor in the SNHU School of Business. During this interactive session, you will have an opportunity to experience Behavioral Analytics in action.  Prior to the session, attendees are invited to take a brief (5 minute) survey on human motivation.  The results of the surveys will be used in our session to demonstrate how to use these analytics to quickly identify opportunities for growth and aligning talent strategy with business strategy, both at the personal and corporate level.
