Pay rates range from $18 – $24 per hour depending on experience level and shift.  Manufacturing Engineering pay rate is directly related to experience level. 

Experience: 

• The ideal candidate has experience with soldering, high tech assembly, test equipment or use of hand tools 
• THEY WILL TRAIN people with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
