We are back at the Upper Valley Health & Wellness Fair! Are you happy at work? Did you know that being unhappy at work can impact your overall health? Stop by our table to chat with Daynia and Megan and determine if it’s time for a change… your very health could be at risk!
There will be food demonstrations, raffles, giveaways, exercise demos, free class passes, chair massages, product samples, injury prevention, advance care planning, and much, much more.
