Winter Sock Drive with Community Action Partnership

Leddy Group Partners with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County this holiday season! The Dover office is hosting a winter sock drive between 2nd – 20th.
We are excited to partner with our friends at Community Action Partnership of Strafford County this year. What are we doing, and why are we telling you? We need your help for this sock drive!
Join us in our effort to collect winter socks for those in need in our community. We have a designated box located in the Leddy Group office at 114 Locust Street, Dover, NH 03820 to accept your gift between December 2nd – 20th. While we hope our current candidates, clients, external employees participate, we invite everyone reading this message to donate a gift of warmth this holiday season.
Things to keep in mind:
Socks should be winter socks, as our New England winters are very cold. Most of these donations will go to the homeless in the community. We need all sizes, for all genders. Have some fun with color, too. Some ideas for material: wool, polyester, cotton. Think warm!
About Our Partner
Community Action Partnership of Strafford County is a private nonprofit organization established under the provisions of the Equal Opportunity Act of 1964 and established in Strafford County in May of 1965. Without the services provided by their agency for the past 50 years, many local residents would be without a means to provide for their basic needs, including food, education, childcare, utilities assistance, transportation, housing, emergency shelter and access to other services.
Their vision is to eliminate poverty and show compassion and assist the needy in the community.
