How often should I keep in touch with you?

If you are a Leddy Group candidate not currently on assignment, reach out every 1-2 weeks to see what’s available.


When do I get paid?

Every Friday.


What is the time card deadline?

If you want to get paid, make sure your time cards are in by 10:00am every Monday!


Where can I get a Leddy Group time card?

Leddy Group now uses electronic time cards; however, contact your Staffing Manager if you have additional questions.


How do I view my pay stub?

Click here to access your payroll history. Nice and easy!


Where can I get a direct deposit form?

You can request a Direct Deposit form from your office or print one here.


How can I change my tax filing status?

You can do it yourself by clicking here, if you want immediate access, or request a W4 form from your Staffing Manager.


What should I do if I am injured at work?

This is REALLY important. Be sure to contact both your Staffing Manager at Leddy Group and your site supervisor immediately. We want you to be taken care of ASAP! Click here for the contact information for your nearest Leddy Group office.


What should I do if I am sick and cannot go to work?

As lousy as you may feel, please be sure to contact your Staffing Manager at Leddy Group at least one hour before your start time so we can alert your assignment supervisor. We don’t want anyone to think that you don’t care. Click here for the contact information for your nearest office.


How much notice do I need to provide to end my assignment?

We would greatly appreciate you providing us 1-2 weeks notice, depending on the position.


What do I do if my address or other contact information has changed?
