Timecard Entry FAQs

Q – What should I do if I forgot my password to access the electronic timecard portal? 

   A – Sign in to https://timecards.bbo.bullhornstaffing.com/ and click the “forgot password” button and follow the prompts to reset your password. 

Q – What should I do if I forget my username and my password to access the electronic timecard portal? 

   A – Please send an email to timecards@leddygroup.com and we will send you a reset link. 

Q – What should I do if I want to change my password for the electronic timecard portal? 

   A – Log into https://timecards.bbo.bullhornstaffing.com/, click the person avatar , and follow the procedures.

Q – What should I do if my supervisor rejects my timecard in the electronic timecard portal? 

   A – Log into https://timecards.bbo.bullhornstaffing.com/ and review the “supervisor comments.” Based on what the comments say, please update and resubmit your timecard, or discuss any concerns with your site supervisor or your local Leddy Group Staffing Manager. 

Q – What should I do if I entered my hours incorrectly in the electronic timecard portal? 

   A – Log into https://timecards.bbo.bullhornstaffing.com/ and click “unsubmit” and proceed with resubmitting your electronic timecard. 

Q – What should I do if I don’t have access to a computer to enter my hours into the electronic timecard portal? 

   A – Please contact your local Leddy Group Staffing Manager. 

Q – What should I do if the company where I'm working on assignment does not utilize the Leddy Group electronic timecard portal? 

   A – Please contact your local Leddy Group Staffing Manager to discuss an alternative process.  

Q – How do I access a Leddy Group paper timecard because the assignment I’m working at does not use electronic timecards? 

   A – Paper timecards are accessible for download below.  Please contact your local Leddy Group Staffing Manager if you have questions or need additional information. 

Q – When is my timecard due?

   A – Your timecard is due by 10:00am every Monday morning. 

Payroll - Accessing my weekly paycheck (pay stub) and annual W2 forms

Welcome to Leddy Group!  We are so pleased to have you as part of the team.  Our payroll information system is  which gives you access to your paystubs, W2 form(s) and payroll information.  The Tuesday after you complete your first timecard you will receive an email from Leddy Group that contains a link to set up your payroll account.  Instructions (both written and video) are included in this section, along with some FAQs (frequently asked questions).  Should you have any additional questions or need assistance with obtaining or understanding your payroll information, please contact your local Staffing Manager.  Thank you!

Payroll FAQs

Q – When do I get paid?   

   A – Friday is payday.  Payroll is weekly.  

Q – When is my timecard due?  

   A – Your timecard is due by 10:00am every Monday morning. 

Q – How do I view my pay stubs?  

   A – All employees are sent an email around the first week of an assignment that contains a special link to set up a password for their payroll account https://employdrive.myisolved.com/  

Q – Does the link to view my pay stubs expire? 

   A – The link will expire after 90 days from the date it is sent. Our sensitive payroll information is kept secure with multiple layers of authentication. If your link is outside of the 90 days, please email payroll@leddygroup.com and request a reset of your account to obtain a new link. Please also provide your full name and the Leddy Group office you work with. 

Q – I didn't receive an email with the link to view my payroll information.  What should I do? 

   A – The link is a no-reply email sent from payroll@leddygroup.com.  Depending on your email filters, the email may be in your junk or spam folder.  Please check to see if the original link can be located. 

Q – I have checked my spam folder but cannot find the original email link to access my payroll information.  What should I do?

   A – Please send an email to payroll@leddygroup.com  and request another link. Please also provide your full name and the staffing office you work with. Another link will be sent to you.  Please note that in many cases, email accounts are blocked by the provider (especially Yahoo and Comcast) so we may ask you for an alternative email address if you are not able to receive the replacement link. 

Q – I received the link to access my payroll information but the link doesn't work.  What should I do? 

   A – Try using another Internet browser.  For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Google Chrome or Firefox.  If another browser does not work, please email payroll@leddygroup.com for assistance.

Q – I have accessed the link to view my payroll information, but I am not able to authenticate the link. 

   A – Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number in the authentication box.  Please be sure to complete the entire form before submitting.  Note: Striking the 'Enter' key will submit the form. 

Q – I keep trying to enter a password (after clicking on the link and authenticating) but the password is not being accepted.  What should I do? 

   A – Your password did not meet the criteria or it did not match the password you selected {your password must be a minimum 12  alphanumeric characters including at least one lower case (a‐z), one upper case (A-Z), one numeric (0‐9) and  at least one special character [!@#$%^&*()]}.

Q – When I try to log in, a red message displays, "The user account specified is currently disabled. Please contact your customer support representative."  What should I do? 

   A – This means you are trying to use the link in the setup email.  Once you have setup your account, you should not use the link provided in the setup email.  Please clear your browser navigation bar and go directly to https://employdrive.myisolved.com/

Q – I am locked out of my account.  What should I do? 

   A – You have entered an incorrect password more than 4 times and your account has been locked.  Please send an email to payroll@leddygroup.com and request to have your account unlocked. Please also provide your full name and the Leddy Group office you work with.  You should expect a response within 24 hours. 

Q – Is there an iSolved app for my mobile device? 

   A – Yes, please see the setup instructions located here.

Q – How do I set up Direct Deposit, change my Direct Deposit, or download a Direct Deposit form? 

   A – The form to set up or change your Direct Deposit is located here. Please provide a copy of a voided check or bank documentation (Document must include the employee name, account number, and routing number) to your local Staffing Manager via email, US mail, or in person.  

Q – How will I receive my W2? 

   A – If you accepted electronic delivery when setting up your iSolved account, your W2 will be available online to view and print (and will not be mailed). 

Q – How do I access a copy of my W2 from a previous year?  

   A – All W2's are located in your online iSolved account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot my password" button at https://employdrive.myisolved.com/.  If you need a W2 for a year prior to 2016, please email payroll@leddygroup.com and request the W2 you need. 

Q – What should I do if I have a question about my paycheck? 

   A – Please contact a Staffing Manager at your local Leddy Group office.

Q – Will my password for the payroll system (iSolved) still work if I am no longer working for Leddy Group? 

   A – Yes. Your password will work indefinitely.  If you have forgotten your password or need to change your password, please follow the prompts for “forgot password”. 

Q – How do I fill out my W4? 

   A – Please use this IRS direct link at https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/faqs-on-the-2020-form-w-4

Q – How do I find a new W4? 

   A – You can find the 2020 W4 form at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf

Q – What do I do if I need a state specific W4 form?

   A – Please contact your local Leddy Group Staffing Manager to assist you with obtaining the correct form.

Q – How do I change my tax filing status?  

   A – You may download a new W4 form at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf and submit it to your local Leddy Group Staffing Manager. You may also request a W4 form from your Staffing Manager.

Q – What should I do if I experience any issues while working on assignment with Leddy Group?

Q – What should I do if I am injured at work?

Q – What should I do if I am sick and cannot go to work?

Q – How much notice do I need to provide to end my assignment? 

   A – Please discuss this with your Leddy Group Staffing Manager.  

Q – What do I do if my address or other contact information has changed?
