Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist will include:

  • Recruiting in all aspects, sourcing and hiring
  • Benefits management and disbursement for entire company
  • Manage and facilitate all HR functions
  • On-boarding and employee orientation
  • Handle employee relations
  • Assist in any HR or recruiting tasks as needed by General Manager

Requirements of the Human Resources Generalist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR Generalist/Coordinator role
  • Must have intense sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and timeliness is a must
