2nd Shift Customer Service Representative

Have you been waiting for a part-time, 2nd shift Customer Service Representative position to appear? Well, here it is! In this role that works Monday through Friday, 6pm-11pm, you will use your strong customer service and Excel skills to make sure the customers’ needs are met. Prior experience working in transportation and/or logistics is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Monitor freight to make sure it reaches its correct final destination
  • Answer client questions regarding deliveries, concerns, or other requests
  • Follow up with clients to make sure their needs are met
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Proven prior customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, busy environment
