2nd Shift Supervisor

A growing, international manufacturer is looking for a 2^nd Shift Supervisor at their Newport, NH facility. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting is required for this excellent direct hire role.

Responsibilities of the 2^nd Shift Supervisor

• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
• Communicate expectations clearly
• Assign work stations for all employees
• Ensure employees have necessary production materials
• Train employees on work procedures and provide guidance to team leads
• Enforce company policies to ensure a safe, collaborative environment and maximize productivity
• Ensure all logs and test results are reported accurately and on time
• Assist employees as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications of the 2^nd Shift Supervisor

• Strong supervisor skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
