3rd Shift Production Supervisor

A growing manufacturer is currently seeking a 3^rd Shift Production Supervisor at their Amherst, NH facility. You’ll lead and support operators so they can produce high-quality products used in the aerospace, medical, gas, and irrigation industries.

Responsibilities of the 3^rd Shift Production Supervisor

• Manage production schedule
• Train new employees
• Ensure machines are operational and materials are available for production
• Assist with setup of molds, preforms, and trim tools
• Monitor production and quality throughout shift
• Troubleshoot and help resolve production issues
• Participate in daily shift change meeting
• Cross train to provide coverage for all positions within department and/or lead positions of other departments as needed
• Complete all paperwork
• Foster a neat, safe work environment

Qualifications of the 3^rd Shift Production Supervisor

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to effectively lead a culturally diverse team
• Speaking Spanish is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk throughout shift

Hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00pm-7:00am. Training will be conducted on first shift. Pay depends on experience. This 3rd Shift Production Supervisor position can lead to a direct hire for the right candidate, so don’t hesitate to apply!
