Accounting – A/P

Responsibilities of the Accounting – A/P

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices and employee expenses
• Perform accounting duties related to A/P, A/R, purchasing/inventory, account balancing and analysis, revenue, and payroll
• Provide accurate, detailed reports regarding bills and invoices
• Collaborate with team members and vendors on various projects and activities
• Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Accounting – A/P

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2-4 years of accounts payable or finance experience
• Positive team player
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks within very tight deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office and automated accounting systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Hours for this Accounting – A/P position are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay depends on experience, ranging from $17-$20/hour.
