A busy manufacturer in Dover, NH is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant on a part-time basis! This role with our client is responsible for both accounts receivable and payable functions, as well as assisting with administrative tasks for the office, for 4-5 hours/day, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate is someone with both accounting and administrative experience.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant

  • Enter new orders
  • Assist with processing invoices
  • Process incoming payments
  • Perform a wide range of routine administrative functions for office
  • Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Accounting Assistant

  • Prior administrative and accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and/or ERP systems
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
