Leddy Group is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk. perfect opportunity for an individual looking to bring in an additional income in preparation for the holiday season! The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, dependable, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and adaptable to performing various billing needs. This position is responsible for performing accounting and clerical tasks. If you are interested in hearing more about this possibility, we would love to hear from you!

As the Accounting Clerk, you will:

  • Record all incoming deposits 
  • Post all payments to the proper client 
  • Identify and record a variety of different payment types, ex. fees, reimbursements, payments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have knowledge and an understanding of accounting processes
  • Communicate directly with the proper department on any discrepancies in payment vs. invoicing

You will be successful in this role with:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Enjoys working in a team-based environment
  • Has prior knowledge and experience working with Sage software
