Full-time Accounting Clerk position available in Concord, NH! Responsibilities include processing accounts receivables, following up on late payments, and preparing invoices. This position works Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk
- Process incoming payments and record in software program
- Follow up with customers with late payments
- Prepare and issue a small volume of invoices
- Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Accounting Clerk
- Prior accounting experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Computer savvy
