Accounting / Office Manager

We are looking for a full-time Accounting / Office Manager with the right blend of bookkeeping and office administration experience for our Haverhill, MA client! This position is responsible for performing project accounting, processing A/P and A/R, payroll, and a variety of administrative tasks. Experience within the construction industry is highly desired!

Responsibilities of the Accounting / Office Manager

  • Reconcile timecards and process payroll on a weekly basis
  • Price materials, prepare estimated billing, create deposits and issue invoices
  • Process A/R and A/P invoices
  • Contact vendors about discrepancies, work-related documents and certificates
  • Reconcile monthly statements
  • Coordinate events
  • Schedule appointments
  • Order supplies
  • Perform other accounting and administrative responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications of the Accounting / Office Manager

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deadline and results driven
  • Team player
  • Strong MS Office skills
