Join a growing team in Dover, NH as an Accounting Specialist! Working within a fast-paced environment, you will perform A/P, A/R, report preparation, and other accounting tasks. You must be a team player who can multi-task successfully!
Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other documents
- Perform journal entries
- Prepare reports as required
- Assist with preparing invoices and follow up on delinquent payments
- Assist with other projects or tasks, as requested
Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist
- Associate degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
This is a full-time, direct hire role. Prior experience in the legal industry is desired, but not required.
