From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

Join our Portsmouth, NH client as an Accounts Payable Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining up-to-date vendor information, and more. This opportunity within a busy and fast-paced environment requires someone with at least two years of recent relevant experience.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Review and process invoices
  • Maintain files
  • Enter invoices into accounting system
  • Prepare annual tax documents for vendors
  • Set up new vendors in accounting system
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist

  • At least two years of relevant A/P experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
