Accounts Payable Specialist

Join a growing Merrimack, NH construction company as an Accounts Payable Specialist! You will be responsible for processing invoices in this full-time role, which requires someone with 1+ years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree, and working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Review incoming invoices for accuracy
• Assign invoices to projects
• Create accounting entries
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• At least one year of accounting experience (which includes accounts payable experience)
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks
• Strong customer service skills
