The Leddy Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor in the White River Junction area. This is an opportunity to work with a deep-rooted organization that prides itself on building an empathetic, hard-working team. This position offers flexible, full time hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Supervisor role:

  • Set-up new vendors and maintain master vendor file
  • Coordinate processing of daily invoices ensuring accuracy
  • Process weekly invoices
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
  • Manage monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Supervise accounts payable team members

Requirements of Accounts Payable Supervisor:

  • Must have Bachelor of Science in business, finance, or accounting and at least 2+ year of related experience, OR Associates degree in Business and 5+ years’ experience, OR 10+ years of relevant experience required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft, especially Excel, Word, and Power point
  • Must have computerized accounting system experience (Great Plains preferable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage at least 2 team members
  • Extremely efficient time management skills
  • High degree of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as team player is a must

This is a chance to have a flexible full time schedule on a goal driven team. Some weekend hours are required.
