Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A growing Portsmouth, NH non-profit organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for their team! In this full-time, direct hire role, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of accounts receivable transactions. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator

  • Prepare invoices in customer relationship software
  • Post invoices and payment receipts in accounting and CRM
  • Reconcile A/R general ledger
  • Perform month/quarter/year-end closings
  • Perform other related duties and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator

  • Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience in accounting
  • 1+ years of accounts receivable/administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
