Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

We have a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Dover, NH for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist! Our manufacturing client with a positive and collaborative culture needs someone experienced in sales/use tax and in Excel to help get their accounts receivable back on track. This is a great opportunity for someone with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

  • Collect payments and post into accounting software
  • Input new customers into database
  • Review new customers’ credit and assist in determining credit limits
  • Comply with sales and use tax for multiple states
  • Work with other team members to determine write-offs
  • Prepare reports on a regular basis
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or equivalent related experience
  • At least five years of prior A/R experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced in sales/use tax and accounts receivable
  • Solid understanding of GAAP
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
