Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join our Bedford, NH client’s supportive culture in a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist position! This role requires someone with at least five years of A/R experience within finance or housing and the ability to process a high volume of incoming payments.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Process incoming payments from a variety of sources
• Follow up on aging receivables
• Work out payment plans with overdue accounts
• Reconcile payments
• Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent preferred
• At least five years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in finance or housing
• Strong attention to detail
• Skilled in Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
