She is one of the few team members at Leddy Group who has worked with most of our specialty divisions. Currently, Alie is a Senior Staffing Manager based out of the Portsmouth office. Her focus is on recruiting talent and servicing clients for the Administrative staffing division as well as the Accounting & Finance staffing division.

Administrative & Accounting Coordinator  
Our client in Manchester, NH is seeking candidates for their full-time Administrative & Accounting Coordinator position! You’ll stay busy handling accounts payable functions plus a variety of administrative support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your accounting/finance career and basic office management skills in a friendly, collaborative environment – plus you’ll have every other Friday off!
Responsibilities of the Administrative & Accounting Coordinator  

  • Pay vendor invoices and process credits
  • Verify entries and reconcile general ledger
  • Reconcile and post credit card transactions
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Analyze expense reports
  • Maintain and coordinate senior-level executives’ schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes
  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Order supplies, coordinate office maintenance, and manage office equipment
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as required

Qualifications of the Administrative & Accounting Coordinator  

  • Associate degree or equivalent in accounting or finance, 4-6 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player who can build positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) certification a plus
  • Willingness to attain professional designations/continuing education

The Administrative & Accounting Coordinator works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with every other Friday off, for $25-$35/hour, DOE. We look forward to hearing from you!
