Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Schedule appointments
- Greet and check in patients
- Process paperwork and referrals
- Ensure high-quality customer service for patients
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Experience with scheduling software, such as Epic
- Strong MS Office skills
- Hard worker
- Team player
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
The Administrative Assistant works a full-time schedule totaling 36 hours with Tuesdays off: Mondays 9:30am-6:00pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7:30am-6:00pm, and Fridays 9:30am-6:00pm. This position could lead to a direct hire for the right candidate. Apply today!
