In this position, you will complete a range of administrative duties and cross-train to be able to assist other team members when needed.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Answering phones to direct the caller to the correct team member
- Preparing quotes for orders or upgrades
- Monitor UPS shipments to ensure safe and timely arrival
- Ensure all customer calls are properly logged into Salesforce with proper documentation
- Cross-train to help out other team members
- Support Sales with reports generated from Salesforce
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Salesforce required
- Attention to detail and ability to deal with a lot of diversion yet still complete the tasks at hand
- A positive attitude and a “how can I help” approach to day-to day activities
