She is one of the few team members at Leddy Group who has worked with most of our specialty divisions. Currently, Alie is a Senior Staffing Manager based out of the Portsmouth office. Her focus is on recruiting talent and servicing clients for the Administrative staffing division as well as the Accounting & Finance staffing division.

If you enjoy a wide range of responsibilities and have at least three years of administrative experience, consider this full-time Administrative Assistant opportunity in Concord, NH! You will work with the president of the organization and perform routine office tasks as well as manage events, update social media accounts, and more. Our client is looking for an organized individual with strong attention to detail for this role.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Answer phone and assist or direct callers
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Perform routine office functions, such as copying, filing, etc.
  • Order office supplies
  • Event scheduling and management
  • Maintain social media accounts
  • Assist with organization programs
  • Perform other related duties and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional, yet personable
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to travel on occasion required
  • Social media knowledge
