Administrative Assistant
Our established manufacturing client needs an experienced Administrative Assistant! You’ll provide high-level support to the leadership team in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls
  • Manage schedules and arrange travel as needed
  • Prepare news releases, public communications, and presentation materials
  • Arrange meetings and take minutes
  • Organize key customer events
  • Prepare deposits for Finance
  • Maintain files
  • Facilitate smooth communications between departments and with external parties
  • Assist HR, Marketing, and Customer Service as needed
  • Perform additional support tasks as required

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

  • Associate degree in Business required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a forward-facing administrative or customer service role
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP system preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

The Administrative Assistant works Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm for $20-$25/hour, DOE. We look forward to connecting with you!
