We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant on a project basis! Our community-focused manufacturing client in Manchester, NH needs someone to perform a range of routine office tasks, such as filing, answering calls, scheduling travel, and more. This is a great opportunity for a team player who is looking for an interim role!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Answer phone and assist or direct callers
  • Greet visitors and assist them, as necessary
  • Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, copying, etc.
  • Schedule meetings and create agendas
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

  • Prior administrative experience an office environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to help out where needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
