Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

Bring your great communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite to this Administrative Assistant opportunity in Hampton, NH! This full-time, direct hire position within a professional office will support a senior executive and is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions. Strong communication skills and flexibility are required!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Answer phone and assist or direct callers
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform general office tasks, such as copying, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Perform online research projects and report on findings
  • Draft documents
  • Perform other duties and projects, as requested

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

  • At least two years of prior administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Able to take initiative and resolve issues
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work overtime as required
