Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant III

  • Support the Academic Operations department
  • Coordinate and perform a wide variety of administrative tasks
  • Strive to increase efficiency, expedite/coordinate the work of others, and ensure smooth administrative operations

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant III

  • Associate’s degree plus 2-3 years’ administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of office procedures, with some degree of autonomy
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new programs and applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituents
  • Strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness
  • An innovative thinker who learns from both setbacks and successes

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with some potential flexibility to accommodate remote work in the future. Pay depends on experience. Apply today for this Administrative Assistant III opportunity!
