Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Oversee the real estate brokers.
- Be able to utilize the email and respond in an appropriate time.
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls.
- Data entry skills required.
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- Candidate must be open and receptive to feedback.
- Detailed oriented and familiar with computers, Word, Excel, etc.
- Realtor background is a plus!
The shift is Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and the pay is $15 per hour or more DOE.
