Leddy Group is seeking a Part time Administrative Assistant for a company in the Nashua, NH area.

Responsibilities of the Part time Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer and document inbound calls
  • Assist customers with booking private travel
  • Enter data into multiple programs quickly and accurately
  • Effectively communicate with clients, customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Experience and Qualifications of the Part time Administrative Assistant:

  • Requires 3-5 years’ experience of administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Must have experience communicating with high-end clients
  • Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and be able to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be professional, detail-oriented, and high energy
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and problem-solving skills required

This is a part-time, long term position. Candidate will work 2 days per week, 9 am – 5 pm, and must be flexible to work additional hours for vacation coverage. Starting pay for this position is $15-17/hour. Once fully trained, there are opportunities for raises.

This client has been in the community for over 20 years and requires an extremely dedicated candidate, who is disciplined and consistent. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working part-time hours long term. The owner of the business dedicates a lot of time and effort to training employees in an intricate industry, so only serious candidates should apply.
