Our manufacturing client in Hudson, NH needs a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist! This position will work 4-6 hours per day and will greet and assist clients, as well as complete a variety of administrative tasks. Purchasing experience would be a plus!
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
- Greet and assist visitors at reception desk
- Perform general office tasks (typing, mailing, copying, etc.)
- Sort and distribute mail
- Maintain office supplies and order when necessary
- Help schedule and coordinate meetings
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
- Minimum of two years of experience in an office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in operating general office equipment
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
