After helping us hire MANY of our internal hires, Jessica transferred to Leddy Group in 2014 working in our general staffing offices then officially started our Leddy HR Staffing Division (previously known as Spectrum Consulting) in 2015. Jessica currently sits on the boards of the Manchester Area HR Association (MAHRA) and the HR State Council of NH.

In this full-time, direct-hire position in Concord, NH, you will use your good judgment and helpful demeanor to support a department and assist clientele. This role is within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, so be prepared to stay busy!
Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator
- Respond to emails
- Process applications
- Answer the phone and assist callers
- Complete standard administrative tasks such as copying, filing, etc.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports, as needed
- Maintain files
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry
- Other tasks, as assigned
Qualifications of the Administrative Coordinator
- One year of customer service and administrative experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- A team player
