The Leddy Group is seeking an Administrative Executive Assistant for a company in the heart of Concord, NH.  The candidate to fill this role is expected to use independent judgment, a high level of discretion and to be a flexible team player. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-faceted team with opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Executive Assistant:

  • Maintains organizational calendars as well as individual calendar
  • Coordinates regular staff meetings, including development and maintenance of task sheets, notes and notification of meetings
  • Assists and coordinates with minute taking and preparation
  • Locates and compiles information and formats reports, graphs, tables, records, and other sources of information, as requested
  • Assembles and categorizes facts and figures for written presentation as requested
  • Gathers and maintains records for office copy machines and provides reports/data as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed for President

Qualifications of the Administrative Executive Assistant:

  • 3 years of related required- additional education may be substituted for years of experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity and comfortability with MS office
  • Detail orientated
  • Can work both independently and in a team environment
