Administrative Marketing Associate

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Marketing Associate to join a successful commercial real estate company based out of Portsmouth. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Marketing Associate:

  • Brand management support
  • Maintain multiple property databases
  • Creating mailing in InDesign and/or Constant Contact
  • Manage the process of printing, posting, and tracking returns
  • Coordinate and track sign requests with an outside vendor and reconcile invoices
  • Create Capability Packages, Site Searches, Property Tours, Broker Price Opinions, etc.
  • Write, proof, finalize, and distribute press releases to appropriate publications
  • Pull aerials and maps online to use on marketing collateral
  • Pull and add logos for companies and highway icons
  • Complete daily administrative tasks to support the function of the sales team
  • Accounts receivable/invoicing through our proprietary property database

 

Qualifications of the position:

  • 1-year experience in marketing and administration
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the company
  • Strong skill set in MS office suite
  • Experience working with InDesign, Constant Contact and Photoshop
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant past business experience in a similar filed

 

This is a first shift, Direct Hire opportunity working 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The pay rate is $16.00 – $18.00/HR, DOE. The right person should be able to work independently, have excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with sales personnel.
