Advancement Office Manager
A reputable employer in Hanover, NH is seeking candidates for their direct-hire Advancement Office Manager role! This opportunity would be perfect for a detail-oriented professional with fundraising and/or executive support experience.
Responsibilities of the Advancement Office Manager

  • Work collaboratively to manage a variety of projects and tasks, ensuring a positive experience for alumni and donors
  • Communicate with key constituents on behalf of Advancement leaders
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records for alumni engagement
  • Manage departmental mail and email
  • Manage print mail solicitations and similar projects  
  • Prepare data and presentations
  • Manage travel itineraries, contracts, payments, and reimbursements
  • Perform additional support tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications of the Advancement Office Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant administrative and project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with fundraising activities for nonprofit organizations, or comparable experience
  • High accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with alumni/donor management systems or other CRM databases, or the ability to quickly master new technologies with training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
