AR/Invoicing Specialist

This family oriented, customer-focused company is seeking a skilled AR/Invoicing Specialist for their team! In this full-time, direct-hire role in Hampton, NH, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices to customers, answering invoice-related questions, assisting other team members, and more. Our growing client is looking for a team player with at least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities of the AR/Invoicing Specialist

• Prepare billing from work orders
• Submit invoices to customers for payment
• Follow up on aging payments
• Assist customers with billing questions
• Post payments
• Perform data entry to keep files up to date
• Crosstrain to help others within the team
• Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the AR/Invoicing Specialist

• High school diploma required
• 1+ year of related experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Highly organized
• Good customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
