If you are a strong communicator, then this entry-level Bank Teller opening in West Lebanon, NH is for you! Our client is seeking a courteous professional who enjoys assisting clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities of the Bank Teller

  • Greet clients in person and over the phone, and ensure they receive prompt assistance
  • Accurately handle all client banking transactions
  • Listen effectively, ask questions, identify needs, and recommend products and services to expand the client relationship
  • Offer financial solutions to new clients and refer to other team members as appropriate
  • Work collaboratively to achieve goals and provide excellent service
  • Assist management with daily routines, operational requirements, and other duties as assigned  

Qualifications of the Bank Teller

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year related banking experience and/or training preferred
  • One year of cash handling experience in retail, restaurant, or banking environment preferred
  • One year of demonstrated experience recommending and referring products and services to customers preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to approach difficult situations with sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Self-motivated, assertive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Effective data entry and math skills

The Bank Teller works Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and rotating Saturdays from 9:00am-12:00pm. We look forward to connecting with you!
