Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.

Responsibilities of the Banking Call Center Representative
- Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat, and email correspondence, fostering a one-call resolution environment
- Answer general inquiries about member accounts
- Quickly identify client needs and match them to a product or service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Banking Call Center Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Problem solver with good follow-through
Candidates who have completed training and are able to meet productivity and customer service goals have the option of a hybrid schedule, working two days in the office and three days from home. Hours are Monday through Friday from 11:30am-8:00pm, and every 3rd rotating Saturday from 9:30am-6:00pm.
