Join a team of friendly and caring people as a Billing/Payroll Assistant! You’ll perform extensive data entry and use your Excel skills in this full-time role in Dover, NH. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities of the Billing/Payroll Assistant
- Review and verify timecards
- Process accounts receivable
- Prepare and submit billing to clients
- Perform data entry
- Back up others on phones
Qualifications of the Billing/Payroll Assistant
- 1+ years of clerical, administrative or accounting support experience
- Basic to intermediate MS Office skills
- Good attention to detail
