Bonding Operator – 3rd Shift

A well-known high-tech manufacturing company located in Rochester, NH is seeking to add a 3rd shift Bonding Operator to their team.  This position follows detailed work instructions to complete a variety of intricate processes such as bond layup, surface preparation, vacuum bagging, autoclave setup and deflash using a variety of skills.

Responsibilities of the Bonding Operator:

  • Follow step by step instructions throughout the bonding process (using a variety of computer systems)
  • Inspect all work in accordance with instructions and procedures
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Electronically record part parameters using measurement tools

Qualifications for the position:

  • Functional and technical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback
  • Experience demonstrating good judgment and contribute to process improvement
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for 10-hour shift

This is a 3rd shift position working Monday through Friday, 11:15 pm-7:15 am including a 30- minute paid lunch break. Starting pay is $17.05/hour which includes hourly rate plus a shift differential.
