The Leddy Group is seeking a Bookkeeper / Human Resources Coordinator for a company in the central New Hampshire area.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-faceted team with opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper / Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Reconcile, prepare and pay invoices
  • Report bi-weekly payroll to organization
  • Serve as point of contact for vendors/administrators
  • Collecting employment and tax information
  • Ensure background and reference checks are completed
  • Oversee benefits completion and documents

Qualifications of the  Bookkeeper / Human Resources Coordinator:

  • At least an Associates degree in Accounting, HR or related field
  • Strong MS office knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be extremely detailed orientated as well as a self-motivator
  • Must be able to keep accurate records of all activity
  • 3 years’ experience working in AR, AP Payroll and Benefits
  • Quickbooks experience required
