From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A construction company in Hampton, NH is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Office Manager on a full-time basis! In this role, you will perform a variety of office and accounting tasks for this small, family friendly company. The ideal candidate has at least five years of QuickBooks experience.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper/Office Manager
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Process incoming payments
- Follow up on aging receivables
- Maintain QuickBooks
- Review and pay incoming invoices
- Update customer and contractor files and contracts
- Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, copying, etc.
- Perform other tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Bookkeeper/Office Manager
- 5+ years of QuickBooks experience
- Basic to intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Prior experience in an office environment
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and willing to help out when needed
