Our client is seeking a Business Systems Administrator on a short-term basis in Ludlow, VT. You’ll help with accounting and payroll tasks for this global company with a down-to-earth, employee-centered culture. This first-shift role is expected to last for a minimum of one month, but the company is open to a long-term opportunity for the right candidate!
Responsibilities of the Business Systems Administrator
- Process accounts payable
- Track expenditures via Excel
- Prepare purchase requisitions as required
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors on payments and invoices
- Manage payroll
- Prepare and report data
- Support inventory control procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Business Systems Administrator
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience with accounting and payroll software systems
- Computer skills including MS Office/Teams, Outlook/OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Solid math skills
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good written/verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Pay for this interim Business Systems Administrator role depends on experience, ranging from $25-$33/hour. We look forward to hearing from you!
