Buyer
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer for their team! Experience in purchasing is preferred for this direct-hire role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of the Buyer

• Research products and compare prices
• Assess potential suppliers and solicit bids
• Obtain approval for purchase orders
• Track purchases and shipments
• Review requisition forms
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends
• Draft and manage vendor contracts
• Communicate with team members
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications of the Buyer

• Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with procurement software
• Attention to detail and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines as well as adapt to changing priorities
