Leddy Group is partnering with a leading Rutland employer to find Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join their expanding team.  

Responsibilities of the Call Center Customer Service Representative:

  • Assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Interact with customers over the phone as well as sell services to new and current customers.

Qualifications of the Call Center Customer Service Representative:

  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Strong typing skills a MUST.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • 1+ years call center experience strongly preferred.
