Call Center Representative

Are you looking to get out of retail or food service and break into the banking industry at a well-established organization? If so, then this Call Center Representative position working onsite at our client’s Rochester, NH location is for you!

Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative

  • Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat, and email correspondence, fostering a one-call resolution environment
  • Answer general inquiries about member accounts
  • Quickly identify client needs and match them to a product or service
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required 

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience 
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Problem solver with good follow-through

The Call Center Representative works Monday through Friday from 11:30am-8:00pm, and every third Saturday , for $19/hour.  We look forward to connecting with you!
