Leddy Group is seeking a Call Center Sales Support Representative for a Summer seasonal position with WEEKENDS OFF to enjoy the weather.

Do you enjoy helping people? Are you looking for a way to use your knowledge of motors or engines? Are you committed to quality, value, and great service? Then this Call Center Sales Support Representative role is the opportunity for you!

No previous experience necessary except an aptitude for mechanical knowledge, willingness to learn, and comfort with computers. Training provided!

Responsibilities of the Call Center Sales Support Representative :

  • Fielding sales/order calls
  • Entering customer information and part numbers
  • Placing orders into a shopping cart
  • Using software to identify part numbers.

Qualifications of the Call Center Sales Support Representative:

  • Mechanical knowledge/skills required.
  • Basic customer service experience.

Our client is heading into their busy season and would love to have new team members to join them! This position is offering a small, friendly environment with the chance to work on 1st shift hours, Monday to Friday. Offering $15 an hour as well.
