Card Operations Supervisor

Join a Portsmouth, NH banking team as a Card Operations Supervisor! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the credit and debit card operations and employees. Our client requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills!

Responsibilities of the Card Operations Supervisor

  • Manage the day-to-day credit and debit card operations
  • Ensure that operations meet various guidelines and adhere to company strategies
  • Oversee team to ensure clients are receiving quality service
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications of the Card Operations Supervisor

  • 3+ years of similar experience working with debit and credit card processing
  • Associate degree or 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of credit/debit card operations and rules
  • Prior banking experience
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Strong communication skills
